Clarification of Terms

  • “Knowing Soul” refers to my company, known as “Knowing Soul LLC”; my Site; my Services; or a combination of all or some of the preceding definitions, depending on the context in which the phrase is used; “Agreement” means these Terms of Service;
  • “Sites” and “Websites” refers to my websites: www.kimberlyvirdure.com and www.knowingsoul.com;
  • “Service” refers to the services provided through my Sites, including genetic genealogical research, genealogy research, psychic and mediumship readings, spiritual counseling, life coaching, online sessions, video sessions, and teleclasses, and use of my actual Sites;
  • “Product” refers to tangible items sold through my Sites;
  • “Session” refers to one-to-one and group meetings where Knowing Soul LLC’s services are provided;
  • “User” and “Client” refers to anyone who uses any part of my Services, including subscribers, genealogy clients, researchers of genealogical data, life coaching clients, psychic and mediumship clients, and people who happen to visit any of my Sites;
  • “You” refers to the person entering into this Agreement with Knowing Soul LLC.

General Disclaimer

By using Sites affiliated with Knowing Soul LLC, commissioning genealogical research projects, commissioning genetic genealogical research, purchasing or attending a one-to-one session, attending a meeting or class, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with Kimberly Virdure, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended and fully agreed with the following disclaimers.

The Soul Stone Store

Hand-made Disclaimer

Soul Stone products are made of cement or concrete. Each product is individually and thoughtfully crafted by hand through small-batch cement (or concrete) pours.

Cement is porous with infinite variations of texture that develop according to production methods. Though some pieces are smooth and shiny, others have dimensions of texture (small holes, marks, bumps) that make them unique.

Natural variations from one product to another are inherent in the materials used and techniques applied to create each piece. This is what makes each item truly one of its kind, and is why there is only 1 item in stock for each product available on The Soul Stone Store.

Product Pictures and Color Variations

Photographs of Soul Stone products are of the actual piece being sold – what you see is what you’ll get. Each product published in The Soul Stone Store is photographed in both natural sunlight and indoor lighting from multiple angles to capture the details and nuances of the tonality of Soul Stone in different environments.

The actual colors of Soul Stone products you see on your screen at the Soul Stone Store depend on the device you’re using and the screen settings of your device. How your device renders photographs of Soul Stone may not precisely match the product’s colors.

I cannot guarantee that your device(s) will accurately display the product’s features.

Spiritual, Genealogical, and Life Coaching Services

Kimberly’s services are for general information, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Use of any of Kimberly’s websites, attending a meeting, class, or one-to-one session with Kimberly, or having an email dialogue with her is NOT a replacement for or substitute for face-to-face, in-person, qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Kimberly is not a medical doctor nor a licensed psychotherapist. Kimberly does not diagnose, cure, heal, treat disease or psychological conditions or prescribe any medication whatsoever.

In psychological, psychiatric, or physical health matters, please maintain your regular relationship with your medical healthcare professionals. If you think you are suffering from a medical or psychological disorder or condition, please consult your doctor or other appropriately qualified professional person or service immediately.

You are invited to consult your doctor and/or therapist about one-to-one sessions, meetings, or classes with Kimberly to make an educated and informed decision as to whether or not they suit you.

Kimberly’s services are not suitable if you are considering or contemplating suicide or feel you may be a danger to yourself or others. Never, ever disregard professional advice or delay seeking professional guidance as a result of something you have read on Kimberly’s sites or from anything that Kimberly says, writes to you, or publishes on the Internet. Kimberly shall not be liable for claims or damages and expressly disclaims any and all liability of any nature, for any action, or non-action, taken as a result of her one-to-one sessions, commissioned genealogical and genetic genealogical research reports, meetings, or classes.

The words “counseling,” “session,” and “consultation” here are not used as medical terms but describe in-depth, honest, exploratory, private, and confidential conversations. Sessions with Kimberly may be considered “spiritual” in nature rather than therapeutic or prescriptive.

A one-to-one session, meeting, or class is intended and designed to be informational and educational for you and provide information, support, and encouragement based on what you choose to share with Kimberly. You are fully and solely responsible for all information you provide to Kimberly, for your interpretation of Kimberly’s words and actions, and all actions resulting from or relating to your encounter with Kimberly. Kimberly does not guarantee or warrant any particular outcome or result from your session, meeting, class, genetic genealogical research reports, or any other kind of encounter with her and makes no claims as to the effectiveness of the sessions or information provided.

Using Kimberly’s services is entirely at your own risk without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information given, advice, or opinion. All services provided by Knowing Soul LLC are requested by your own choice and with your inherent singular responsibility.

Terms of Service for Sessions

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in a Soul Reading, genealogy services, or life coaching sessions unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Appointment confirmation

Instructions on connecting to your appointment are sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment can be changed or canceled up to 2 hours before your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation email/text.

Refund Policy for Sessions

  • A full refund (minus processing fees if applicable) is issued for appointments canceled 2 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.
  • No refund will be issued for appointments canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

No-Show Policy

There is no refund if you don’t show up for the time you’ve reserved.

Terms for the Introductory Soul Reading

Only one introductory reading is offered per person. Please schedule a paid session if you’ve already received a Soul Reading.

– Just one question or focus will be addressed.
– This may not be adequate time for a mediumship reading.
– If you are a no-show for this appointment, you cannot schedule another introductory reading but are welcome to book any paid session.

Referral Rewards

Receive a $15 credit that can be applied to any service offered at kimberlyvirdure.com
when someone you refer schedules and completes a paid session as a first-time client.

How to receive Referral Rewards

The person you refer needs to provide your first and last names, and email address at the time of their service. This will ensure your referral reward is applied to your account and that you receive notification of your reward.

Referral rewards do not apply to the following scenarios:

  1. You refer someone who is not a first-time client – meaning the referral has already worked with Kimberly through Soul Readings, Life Coaching, or Genealogy Services.
  2. Free sessions.  Referral rewards do not apply to someone you refer who books and completes a free introductory session. However, you will receive a referral reward if they subsequently schedule and complete any paid service.
  3. eGift Card Recipients.  A Knowing Soul LLC eGift Card recipient who purchases a service using the eGift card is not considered a referral in regard to Referral Rewards. However, you will receive a referral reward if they subsequently schedule and complete any paid service – if they were a first-time client when the eGift Card was first used.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

These terms and conditions apply to SMS text messages sent by Knowing Soul LLC. Text messages may be recurring or one-time SMS text messages.

  1. By providing your mobile number, you agree that Knowing Soul LLC may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to appointment reminders, important information, updates, deals, and specials.
  2. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” in response to a text message you receive. After you send the SMS message “STOP” you will receive a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Knowing Soul LLC, as applicable. If you want to restart text messages, you will need to provide your consent again.
  3. Data obtained from you in connection with text messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information you provide to Knowing Soul LLC as a part of receiving services. Knowing Soul may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from Knowing Soul LLC. Knowing Soul LLC may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you.   4. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If enrolled in a subscription, the maximum number of messages per month you will receive will vary. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  5. Knowing Soul LLC will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
  6. We are able to deliver text messages to major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Knowing Soul LLC or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud.
  8. By subscribing to, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that Knowing Soul LLC will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
